I've been using it for about 10 months now. I didn't have any major health problems aside from my stomach wasn't great so I didn't have anything in particular I needed to heal. I noticed it definitely improved my energy levels over time. It's to the point now where I have nearly limitless energy, all the time. I can travel for 15 hours in a day and normally that would destroy me, but now I arrive feeling just fine.
