Cervical spine disc injuries cause nerve pain, particularly on the right side, but treatments like prolozone injections and increased therapy duration are improving energy levels and sleep quality. The disc injuries in the cervical spine pinch the nerves in both arms. the right side being the worst. there is swelling radiating out from the c5/c6 primarily out the right shoulder side and down the spine on the right side past the right shoulder blade.
