I was diagnosed with heart failure in August. In late October, I got my first TZLA Machine and started right away at 95%. I’ve been holding both bulbs over my heart area for at least ten minutes, sometimes twenty.
Early on, I noticed a few palpitations. For context, I’ve had palpitations on and off most of my life and I was having more than usual before TZLA. Over the past month, that’s dropped to just a few which I consider to be virtually nothing in comparison to what it previously was.
I’m also on heart medication and have added taurine and magnesium. I’ve made other lifestyle changes too. Altogether, here’s what I’m seeing right now:
  • Sleeping heart rate average: 53
  • Heart rate variability: in an excellent range
  • Blood oxygen: strong
  • Blood pressure: no longer flagged as “alarming”
“So far I’ve had no issues using the machine directly over my heart area.”
When I was diagnosed, my ejection fraction (measurement of how much blood your heart pumps out with each contraction) was 19% and I was told my heart was very weak. On my last test, it had risen to 43%—and at that point I’d only had the TZLA for three weeks. I’m looking forward to retesting in three months after a longer, consistent stretch.
Everyone’s situation is unique. I’m sharing this for others with heart concerns who are curious or worried about using the TZLA. After my short time with it, I have no fear using it over my heart.
