Back to PushâUps After 7 Years â A Memberâs Report
Iâm 58, and my work has always been physical. About seven years ago my right shoulder started giving me problems. I babied it. I waited. It didnât get better. I watched coâworkers go in for shoulder operations and come out with less range of motion. Some didnât make it back to work at all. I wanted to avoid that path if I could, so I just learned to live with the pain. Any workout that involved my shoulder wasnât really possible without aggravating it.
A month ago, I got my TZLA Machine. I decided to put it to the test right away.
At first it was simple: try the thing I hadnât been able to do for years. Pushâups.

âWorkouts that involved my shoulder werenât really possible without aggravating the problem.â

The first sets were cautious. Then they got easier. Yesterday, while walking my dog, I just kept stopping and dropping. Sets of 34 to 40 at a time. I lost count along the way, but by the end of the walk it was around 250 pushâups in one day.
I even threw the stick for my dog with the same âbadâ shoulder. No flareâup.

âCertainly glad to have the TZLAâprobably at the very least saved me a shoulder operation.â
